Design real estate branding for a new home building community that was in an obscure but desirable location.
Lost Creek Farm created a challenge for us that turned into something remarkable. We used the history within this unique community to create the brand story with the tagline of “Find Your Way Back”. The logo has those deep rustic colors that you would find in farm country. The community website and a successful drip email campaign had brought in the interest of many potential buyers to this community.
As a result of our efforts, we were a finalists for best logo, best special promotions, best social media campaign, best overall brand campaign and best community video in 2018.
