Challenge
Developed real estate brand positioning for a new single-family attached homes community within the historic Denver University campus area.
Result
While the existing homeowners were not thrilled by this new development from the start, they soon realized what value it brought to the neighborhood. To generate interest and sales, we designed a brand campaign that consisted of collaterals, digital components and a website. This project was recognized for best logo and attached product at the local MAME awards for marketing excellence.
