Challenge
Create a unique sense of place and branding for an urban mixed–use real estate conversion project, from a previous Catholic Charities facility.
Result
We created a unique brand that incorporated a work/live environment within the city block on Pecos Street. Each component of the community had their own logo that fell under the over-arching brand of the community. Marketing collateral and websites conveyed the opportunities to live in either paired homes or townhome units, while Co-working office spaces created a convenient working atmosphere, just steps away.
