Challenge
Create real estate branding for a new condo community that was in a master-planned community where there was fierce competition with other new homes.
Result
The competition in Aria was a challenge for us to where we had to create a unique brand that appealed to the target audience. The logo boasted brilliant colors that were highlighted on their signage, collateral and the website. These components along with a well-crafted story continues to help sell the 48 units of this complex.
